This Little Brand is a print-on-demand shop which means that all products are unique and produced only once they are ordered. For this reason, there are no exchanges or refunds.

Quality Guarantee
Quality is important to us at This Little Brand. If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing error, please notify us immediately upon receiving the damaged item. Please email us within 10 days of receiving the product at hello@shopthislittlebrand.com and put “DAMAGED ITEM” in the subject line of the email. Please include a clear and obvious photo of the damages on the item(s) received. We will send you a replacement of the item you ordered, free of any charge or issue you a full refund.
